Breathing Apparatus SCBA is used for personal safety protection in serious pollution or oxygen deficient atmosphere that is IDLH (Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health), or any environment that is unknown or has unknown levels of contaminants. SCBA is a device worn by rescue workers, firefighters, and others to provide breathable air in a hostile environment.

Breathing apparatus SCBA can be widely used in the industries of petroleum, chemical, fire protection, metallurgy, electric power, shipbuilding, military, public security and so on.



The equipment is include full face mask, metal quick coupling, shoulder belt, carbon fiber cylinder, pressure gauge, warning whistle, cylinder valve, regulator system, back plate, safety reducing valve, air supply valve, Medium pressure and high pressure piping, Cylinder fixed belt, belt and bustle.

3. Back plate: Backboard component is consisting of backpack, shoulder strap, waist belt, belt buckle, pressure reducer holder and cylinder fixing band. Backpack and pressure reducer are using screw connection. The design of Backpack is according to ergonomics. Shoulder strap and waist belt can be adjusted to keep comfort.

This apparatus is equipped with a cylinder to provide users adequate respirable air. The air is stored in the cylinder through high-pressure way (30MPa pressure), the high pressure air will complete the level 1 decompression through the pressure relief valve and will be delivered to the medium pressure pipe when the pressure drops to 0.7MPa and then it provides positive pressure air to the users through mask after the valve 2 decompression.
As the air supply valve only provids the positive pressure air, the pressure inside the mask is always bigger than the outside pressure in the working environment,ensuring that the outside poisonous gas and aerosol particles can not enter the mask to fully guarantee the safety of users.



Open the cylinder valve, the high pressure air will enter the pressure reducer to be reduced to the appropriate pressure; at the same time the pressure gauge indicates the pressure of gas cylinder . Compressed air after decompression quick joints into the positive pressure air supply valve by medium voltage soft pipe. When we inhale,the supply valve opens and when we exhale,it will close.The supply valve provides air to the mask according to the inspiratory capacity of the wearers and the air will be inhaled into human lungs.The supply valve keeps the full mask positive pressure in the whole process of wearing. When we exhale, the supply valve will close and the expiratory valve will open, the foul smell exhaled by users is directly discharged into the atmosphere through the exhalation valve on the mask .Thus the gas is always flowing in one direction without reverse.
