Description:

1. High temperature resistance, flame retardant, insulation, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, waterproof, and good air tightness.

2. Back strap material: made of intrinsically flame-retardant materials; carbon fiber composite gas cylinders with a working pressure of 30MPa.
3. Cylinder volume: 6.8L, working pressure 30MPa.
4. Gas cylinder valve joint screw thread G5/8.

5. The cylinder is made of fully wound carbon fiber composite material: aluminum inner liner (the inner liner is made of high-strength, anti-corrosion treated, and lightweight aluminum alloy material) + carbon fiber + glass fiber + epoxy resin, the cylinder valve is a straight valve.

6. The face screen is made of polycarbonate, and the face, the mouth and nose parts are made of silicone material to ensure comfortable wearing. The head-net-style headband makes the face mask more than 90% of the line of sight. The full face mask has good air-tightness, wide field of view, and clear calls; the face window adopts special materials  and craftsmanship, which has strong anti-scratch performance; the interior never fogs up, and the headband is made of flame-retardant material; the full face mask can be installed sound amplifiers, long-distance calls and other equipment to facilitate communication between team members.

7. The medium pressure tube has dual pressure output, which can be connected to two air supply valves and the mask.

8. The air supply valve is equipped with a throttle switch, which can quickly connect the mask without positioning and can be rotated 360°, the air supply valve is connected directly under the mask. The high and medium pressure tubes are hidden between the gas cylinder and the S back plate.

9. The output end of the medium pressure tube outputs stable pressure about 0.7MPa. When the output high-pressure gas is 5.5±0.5MPa, the output stable pressure is above 0.9MPa and provides a low-pressure vibration alarm function.

10. The back plate is made of reinforced flame-retardant materials, ergonomic design, large area hollow, can be bent at 90°without deformation.

11. The front pressure and alarm device is convenient to read the pressure of the gas cylinder. When the pressure reaches 5 ± 0.5MPA, the alarm will be activated and a whistle sound greater than 90 decibels will be emitted to ensure that rescuers can evacuate the accident site in a timely and effective manner.

12. The shoulder straps have reflective strips, and the shoulder straps, waist belt, and waist pad are all made of flame-retardant materials.

Application

Breathing Apparatus SCBA is used for personal safety protection in serious pollution or oxygen deficient atmosphere that is IDLH (Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health), or any environment that is unknown or has unknown levels of contaminants. SCBA is a device worn by rescue workers, firefighters, and others to provide breathable air in a hostile environment.
